Donations and Sharing Activities

ILJIN Electric carries out donation and sharing campaigns to support local communities, including the donation of clothing and daily necessities and participation in group blood donation drives organized by the Korean Red Cross.
We also contribute to domestic and international disaster relief and welfare initiatives, such as donations to the Community Chest of Korea, the Hongseong Love Scholarship Foundation, Turkey earthquake relief funds, and wildfire recovery efforts in the Yeongnam region. Over the past three years, ILJIN Electric has donated a cumulative total of 100 million KRW, earning recognition as a “Leading Company in Sharing” by the Community Chest of Korea, in acknowledgment of our strong commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Support for Local Events and Environmental Initiatives

ILJIN Electric sponsors various local cultural and community events, including the Jeongjo Hyopark Tree Planting Campaign, Hwasan-dong Culture Festival, and Global BBQ Festival, contributing to cultural development and community harmony. In collaboration with the Dolgogil Village Volunteer Group, we also conduct annual environmental cleanup activities, taking the lead in building a clean and sustainable community where residents and businesses coexist in harmony.
Furthermore, ILJIN Electric actively participates in climate action initiatives as a member of the Gyeonggi Climate and Environment Council, a voluntary private-sector alliance, reinforcing our commitment to eco-friendly management and environmental stewardship.

Fostering Local Talent

Since 2017, ILJIN Electric has partnered with Hongseong Technical High School to operate an industry-academia apprenticeship program, and since 2019, has expanded talent development efforts through a high-skilled work-study program in collaboration with Woosong Information College. These initiatives aim to nurture young local talent and support sustainable regional development.

Employment of Athletes with Disabilities

ILJIN Electric has signed an agreement with Hongseong County and the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities to employ 12 athletes with disabilities, providing them with stable opportunities to focus on training and competition. In particular, our weightlifting team has achieved outstanding performance, winning multiple medals and demonstrating excellence in sports inclusion and empowerment.
