06 Procedures and Methods of Destroying Personal Information

Personal information is, in principle, promptly destroyed once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. The Company’s procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows

Procedures

· Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after its purpose is fulfilled and retained for a certain period under internal policies and applicable laws, then destroyed.
· Retained information is not used for any other purpose unless required by law.

· Paper records: Shredded or incinerated
· Electronic files: Deleted using irreversible technical methods

07 Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercise

Users and their legal representatives may request confirmation or deletion of personal information at any time. Requests can be made via letter, telephone, or e-mail to the Personal Information Manager, and the Company will take necessary measures without delay. Deleted information is handled in accordance with Section 5 and is not used for any other purpose.

11 Other Matters

This Policy does not apply to any collection of personal information conducted by websites linked to the Company’s website. Users are advised to review the privacy policies of such external sites separately.

12 Duty of Notice

If this Policy is amended, the Company will notify users through the “Notice” section of its website at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes.
