Reportable Matters: Human Rights / Ethics

  1. 01 Human Rights Violations / Discrimination

    Discrimination, insults, verbal abuse, and other acts that violate human rights

  2. 02 Violations of Personal Dignity

    Harassment, bullying, sexual harassment,
    and other acts that undermine dignity

  3. 03 Workplace Abuse / Unfair Instructions

    Personal errands, unfair work orders, and personnel disadvantages

  4. 04 Conflicts of Interest / Pursuit of Personal Gain

    Private financial dealings, use of insider information,
    and transactions with related parties

  5. 05 Unethical Conduct Toward Partners

    Requesting or receiving money or entertainment, unfair pressure or retaliation, and discriminatory treatment

  6. 06 Misuse of Assets / Information

    Misuse of company assets, leakage of confidential or customer information

Protection of Reporters

  1. 1. The identity of the reporter and the details of the report are strictly protected and kept confidential.

  2. 2. Reporters will not suffer any disadvantage or discrimination for making a good‑faith report.

  3. 3. Individuals who provide statements, materials, or other forms of cooperation related to a report are afforded the same level of protection.

Note Reports found to be malicious or in bad faith may be subject to appropriate measures.
