Employees, partners, customers, and members of the local community may all participate to help build a fair and transparent corporate culture.

Reportable Matters: Human Rights / Ethics

01 Human Rights Violations / Discrimination
Discrimination, insults, verbal abuse, and other acts that violate human rights
02 Violations of Personal Dignity
Harassment, bullying, sexual harassment,
and other acts that undermine dignity
03 Workplace Abuse / Unfair Instructions
Personal errands, unfair work orders, and personnel disadvantages
04 Conflicts of Interest / Pursuit of Personal Gain
Private financial dealings, use of insider information,
and transactions with related parties
05 Unethical Conduct Toward Partners
Requesting or receiving money or entertainment, unfair pressure or retaliation, and discriminatory treatment
06 Misuse of Assets / Information
Misuse of company assets, leakage of confidential or customer information
07 Safety / Health Violations
Violation of safety rules, neglect of hazardous conditions,
and deterioration of the working environment
08 Undermining Social Responsibility
Environmental or community damage, disregard for vulnerable groups

Reportable Matters: Fair Trade

01 Violations of the Fair Trade Act
- ㆍUnlawful collusive conduct (e.g., fixing transaction terms, bid rigging, exchanging sensitive information)
- ㆍUnfair trade practices (e.g., refusal to deal, discriminatory treatment, exclusion of competitors)
- ㆍImproper support activities
- ㆍAny other conduct in violation of the Fair Trade Act
02 Violations of the Subcontracting Act
- ㆍFailure to provide required written documents
- ㆍUnfair determination of subcontracting payments
- ㆍUnfair reduction of subcontracting payments

03 Other Violations of Related Laws

Protection of Reporters

1. The identity of the reporter and the details of the report are strictly protected and kept confidential.
2. Reporters will not suffer any disadvantage or discrimination for making a good‑faith report.
3. Individuals who provide statements, materials, or other forms of cooperation related to a report are afforded the same level of protection.

Note Reports found to be malicious or in bad faith may be subject to appropriate measures.
