Risk assessment

ILJIN Electric continuously identifies and improves potential hazards and risks within its processes at both domestic and overseas business sites. To empower employees to proactively recognize and mitigate hazards in their own workplaces, regular risk assessments are conducted. In addition, ad hoc risk assessments are performed whenever new or additional hazards arise, ensuring the prevention of workplace accidents and the continuous improvement of safety conditions.

Management of employees' health

ILJIN Electric conducts annual general and special health examinations, as well as work environment assessments and health promotion programs, to ensure employee well-being and prevent occupational diseases. In addition, regular ergonomic assessments are carried out across all work processes to prevent musculoskeletal disorders that may occur in the workplace.
